A Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) is a nationally credentialed professional trained in evidence-based behavior change, motivational interviewing, and health promotion. Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, I partner with you to create realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes that support your long-term health. Together, we'll build healthier habits around nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and mindset, helping you overcome obstacles, stay accountable, and achieve meaningful, lasting results. Whether you're navigating menopause, managing a chronic health condition, or simply striving to feel your best, health coaching provides the guidance, support, and accountability to help you turn your health goals into everyday habits.
First, I want you to know this: if you feel like you've tried everything and nothing has worked, you're not alone and you're not failing. Many of the women who come to me have spent years jumping from one diet to the next, trying countless exercise programs, following conflicting advice on social media, or feeling like their bodies have suddenly stopped responding the way they used to. Perimenopause and menopause can bring real physiological changes that make it feel like nothing works anymore. The difference is that this isn't another diet or quick fix.As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I take the time to understand your unique health history, lifestyle, goals, and the challenges you're facing. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, create realistic strategies that fit your life, and build sustainable habits you can maintain long term.I don't believe in perfection or all-or-nothing thinking. I believe in progress, consistency, and helping you develop the confidence and skills to make healthy choices even when life gets busy. You'll have someone in your corner to provide education, accountability, encouragement, and personalized support every step of the way. My goal isn't simply to help you lose weight or improve your health today; it's to empower you with the tools and habits to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident for years to come. You don't have to figure it all out on your own anymore.
Your physician diagnoses medical conditions, orders testing, and prescribes treatment. As your health coach, I help you bridge the gap between appointments by turning recommendations into practical, everyday habits. Together, we'll focus on nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, mindset, and accountability to help you make lasting lifestyle changes.
Yes! Coaching sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to receive personalized support from the comfort of your home.
No. Instead of providing restrictive meal plans, I help you learn how to make confident food choices that work in your everyday life. You'll develop practical nutrition habits you can maintain long after coaching ends.
Many people already know what they should do; the challenge is consistently putting those habits into practice. Health coaching focuses on closing the gap between knowing and doing by providing personalized guidance, accountability, problem-solving, and support that helps you create lasting behavior change.
Absolutely not. My coaching philosophy focuses on sustainable habits rather than perfection. Together, we'll build an eating pattern that supports your goals while still allowing flexibility and enjoyment.
Everyone's journey is different. Many clients begin noticing improvements in energy, motivation, confidence, and consistency within the first few weeks. Physical changes often take longer, but the habits we build are designed to create sustainable, long-term success rather than quick fixes.
This depends on the coaching program you choose. Most clients meet every one to two weeks, with support and accountability provided between sessions as appropriate.
Each session is personalized to your goals and progress. We'll celebrate your wins, work through obstacles, identify practical next steps, and create realistic action plans that fit your lifestyle.
Yes. I often work with clients managing chronic health conditions alongside their healthcare team. Health coaching complements medical care by helping clients implement healthy lifestyle behaviors that support their overall treatment plan.
That's exactly what I'm here for. We'll begin by discussing your current health, goals, challenges, and priorities. From there, we'll create a personalized roadmap with manageable, realistic steps that build momentum over time.
My coaching combines nationally board-certified health coaching, evidence-based strategies, accountability, and compassionate support. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every coaching plan is personalized to your goals, lifestyle, and unique health journey, empowering you to create lasting change, not just temporary results.
Yes! I offer a complimentary Health Jumpstart Call where we'll discuss your goals, challenges, and determine whether coaching is the right fit for you. There's no obligation, just an opportunity to explore how I can support your health journey.
